To return an item or the total of the order, the customer has to send an email informing of his decision. When the Customer Service team receives the notice, they will contact the client to indicate the procedure.
If the reason for the return is by decision of the client and unrelated to any error or damage of the product, returns are accepted within the first 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Perustocks will process the collection with the transport company and inform the client so that he can prepare the merchandise to be returned. The item (s) will have to be returned under the same conditions as it was received (including the original packaging) and without having been used. Once the status of the returned item (s) has been checked, the merchandise will be refunded, from which the return costs (which will be assumed by the customer) will be deducted. The refund is made in the same way as the payment made by the customer: if you paid with a card, the amount will be refunded to the same card. If you have made a bank transfer, you must provide the IBAN number of the account number with which you paid to proceed with the refund (the process of the refunding delay amount from 3 to 7 calendar days from the day on which the merchandise was returned ).
If the reason for the return is because the merchandise or part of it arrived damaged or broken due to the handling of the transport company, the returns are accepted within the first 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If the damage is detected in the box at the time of receipt of the order, the customer must record on the delivery note of the transport agency and inform Perustocks including photographs of the box and listing of damaged products. If the damage is not displayed, because it is not apparent at the time of receipt, you must notify PeruStocks within the first 7 calendar days. PeruStocks will contact the transport agency and will give an answer to the incident to the client within 7 days after the notice and sending the requested information.

If the customer rejects the merchandise, when it is returned to Perustocks and verified its status, the amount will be refunded, deducting from that amount, the shipping and return costs.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
As long as the order has not left our premises, the customer can rectify or cancel your order. To do this, you must contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to Customer Service or by calling 977 270 399.
